While the hotel had a beautiful location, I experienced significant issues with customer service and the overall quality of my room. The lack of basic toiletries was surprising, especially given the price. The beach wasn't well maintained, which added to the disappointment. Overall, it could be a nice place if they improved on service and maintenance.
The room was old and tired, with several maintenance issues such as cracked tiles and a broken lock. It felt neglected and not well cared for.
The service was frustrating; the front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which made for a poor first impression and lingered throughout my stay.
The hotel is located on the quieter east side of the island, which was great for relaxation away from crowds.
Breakfast options were limited and not particularly impressive, lacking in variety and quality.
The beach area was not clean, with litter and seaweed piling up, and the umbrellas were unsafe.

We had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The great location on the water made it easy to enjoy snorkeling and the peaceful side of the island. However, the unit we stayed in was quite outdated and not very clean, which was disappointing. Cockroaches were present on a couple of nights, and while the service was outstanding, the room itself brought the experience down. I would consider returning after renovations are completed.
The room was old and not very clean. We encountered several maintenance issues, and there were cockroaches during our stay.
The service from the staff was outstanding and very friendly.
The hotel is in a great location right on the water, perfect for enjoying quiet surroundings and taking part in snorkeling.
Dining options were hit or miss; we found certain meals overpriced and not satisfying.
The resort had multiple pools and nice grounds, making it a relaxing environment.

I'm quite disappointed with my stay at this resort. While the surroundings were beautiful, the service left much to be desired. It felt like the rules were inflexible, and the experience was tarnished by poorly managed logistics. I wouldn't recommend returning unless substantial improvements are made.
The room we stayed in was noisy and felt like it was in a construction zone, which was disappointing for a honeymoon trip.
The service was often lacking, with slow check-in and unhelpful concierge staff. I had issues with incorrect charges that detracted from the experience.
The resort is located in a quieter part of the island, which was nice for getting away, but it's rather remote and inconvenient for accessing other attractions.
Although there were some decent dining options, the service at the pool bar was poor on the last day, and surprise charges on my bill left a bad taste.
The facilities were okay but could use an upgrade, particularly the gym, which was outdated and too small for the number of guests.

My stay at this resort was quite disappointing. The location is far from the main beaches and attractions, which made getting around quite a hassle. The room I was assigned was outdated and not very comfortable, with a few maintenance issues. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and did their best to assist, and the amenities looked nice and well kept. Overall, I ended up checking out early for a better option.
The room was old and outdated, with missing bed linens and a sofa that was uncomfortable due to missing support springs. It lacked a desirable view.
The staff was friendly and tried to help, but the check-in process was frustrating and took too long.
The resort is located at the far eastern end of the island, making it inconvenient to reach main attractions or beaches.
Dining at the resort was overpriced, and although there were good options available, I found it quite expensive.
The resort had nice amenities, but the beach was disappointing due to rocky areas and excessive seaweed.

My stay at the resort was quite enjoyable, with spacious rooms and a relaxing atmosphere on the quiet east end of the island. I appreciated the easy beach access and the well-kept pools, but I did encounter some service hiccups during check-in. Overall, it served as a good base for exploring, although the dining options could be more varied and convenient.
The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a full kitchen and comfortable living spaces. It was nice to have a balcony overlooking the pool.
While I found some of the staff helpful, the check-in process was frustrating and prolonged, which could dampen the overall experience.
The resort's location on the east end provided a tranquil escape from the crowded areas, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and easy access to the beach.
The on-site dining options were limited and a bit overpriced for what was offered, which detracted from the experience.
The pools were well-maintained and provided a great area to relax, but the beach was not as smooth as I expected due to seaweed issues.
